2. Prices are FIXED and non-negotiable.
3. All items are BRAND NEW and in mint condition.
4. Items are sold on a first come first serve basis.
5. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or returns are allowed. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
6. All payments are to be made into our Maybank account within a period of 2 days (48 hours). Failure to do so will result in the item(s) going to the next buyer in line without further notice.

7. Part payment of 50% is required for reservations of more than 2 days. This deposit is not refundable and will be forfeited if payment is not being made by the stipulated date agreed.
8. Advanced payment is required prior to restocking to avoid any last minute back-out buyers. Full refund will be made if item cannot be restocked.
9. Buyers are to bear all shipment costs.
10. We will not be responsible for any lost/damaged shipment as we ensure utmost care is taken in packing and getting your items shipped
